Who this form involves

Tenants (and some former tenants) who believe a landlord, superintendent, or landlord's agent has seriously interfered with their rights.

This is an application a tenant can file with the LTB.

When it may apply

Your landlord entered your unit in a way that may not follow the entry rules.
You experienced harassment, threats, or ongoing pressure connected to your tenancy.
Your locks were changed and you were not given a key, or you were locked out.
A vital service such as heat, water, or electricity was withheld or cut off.
Your landlord substantially interfered with your reasonable enjoyment of your home.
