Tenant tool · Free
Missed dates are one of the most common ways tenants lose options. Keep every important date from your documents visible in one sorted list.
RTO Pro does not calculate legal deadlines
This tool only tracks dates you enter from your own documents. Deadlines and exceptions depend on your documents and situation — confirm important dates with the Landlord and Tenant Board or a legal professional. Find legal help.

Reminder emails and notificationsIn development
Automatic reminders need account infrastructure that is still in development. For now, this list lives on this device only — consider also adding critical dates to your phone calendar.
Not sure which dates are on your documents? The Document Checker can help you pull dates from a notice or letter.
Good to know
The safest source for any date is the document itself: the termination date on a notice, the hearing date on an LTB letter, the compliance date in an order. Copy each date exactly as written, and record where it came from. If two documents show different dates, keep both and ask a legal professional which one governs.
If an important date has already passed, do not assume nothing can be done. In some situations extensions, reviews, or other options may exist — but they are often time-sensitive too. Get advice quickly from a legal clinic, lawyer, or licensed paralegal.
This is legal information, not legal advice. RTO Pro is not a law firm. Deadlines and exceptions may apply to your situation — a qualified legal professional should confirm anything important before you rely on it.
